The Chicken Dance, the Forrest Gump run, and the Incredible Hulk flex were all great characters, but Peter Sagan’s best role is stage winner and Green points jersey wearer. The 22 year-old from Slovakia has his eyes on the Green prize, and so far has won three of the six stages with great style. Moreover, Sagan has convincingly initiated new SRAM RED-2012 on his custom-painted Tourminator Cannondale SuperSix EVO.
The 22 year-old Slovakian said earlier this year his favorite features of the new gruppo were the brakes, the ergonomics, and the speed of shifts. Congrats once again to Sagan for helping continue the hot streak of SRAM RED wins in 2012, and it looks like the Green jersey is securely on his shoulders for the time being. Hopefully he has more starring roles as a stage winner in his future.
