The multi-talented British professional Cyclocross racer Nikki Harris (Telenet-Fidea Young Cycling Team) won the Superprestige Gavere (BEL) on her Ridley X-Night SRAM RED bike. Nikki who is also the 2012 Mountain bike British National Champion dominated the race from the start to the finish. The very technical and muddy Belgium course definitely suited her style and skills. The SRAM RED groupset and the Avid Shorty Ultimate brakes confirmed once again their ability to perform under tough conditions!
Her Cyclocross season has started pretty well: first at the Hansgrohe Superprestige (Ruddervoorde BEL), 5th at the first World cup (Tabor – CZE), 3rd at the second World cup (Plzen – CZE), 2nd at the Bpost bank Trofee Koppenbergcross. She is now placed 6th in the World ranking.
