Jason Phillips, European SRAM Road Sponsorship Manager, spends the majority of his time on the road with Pro Teams and athletes from all around the World. He works with mechanics and riders at races and at team’s Service Course to make sure all our components perform perfectly well. In the end, he makes sure the feedback returns to our product development team, and the product you ride gets better.
