For all the guys that ever dreamed of racing alongside the world’s best riders, Matthew Busche is a living example of how that dream can come true. A great story, Busche was racing for a Wisconsin based regional team this past year when, after some solid results including best amateur at Nature Valley, a call came from Jonas Carney. The former runner from Wauwatosa spent the latter half of 2009 aboard the green machine of Kelly Benefits/Contour where he absorbed all he could alongside proven riders like Bajadali, Cadelario and Zwizanski.

After a few months and a few more top results, including an incredible 5th at the pro road nationals, Busche was asked to take the next step to Team RadioShack, and now will be racing alongside riders including Armstrong, Horner, and Leipheimer.
