Carlos Sastre warms up in Amsterdam for the Giro d’Italia Stage 1.

2008 Tour de France Champion Carlos Sastre (Cervelo Test Team) is riding the 2010 Giro d’Italia with the intention of trying to win the race. Carlos has the luxury of riding one of the most high-tec bikes in the race the Cervelo P4 TT bike. Although not a TT specialist Carlos held off Cadel evans in the final TT of his Tour de France win and therefore is quite capable of staying within striking distance for his favoured mountain stages later in the race. Carlos’ P4 is equipped as every Cervelo test Team bike with SRAM Red and Zipp wheels.
