the only thing I can think of why they used the Apex mid-cage versus Rival is marketing. It continues to propel the original story from Contador to present. I just put an 11-32 with Rival on my new Litespeed M1 and hope it rides the Carolina hills well.

I attended the last stage of ATOC this past Sunday and notice a guy with a cool hat. It was the black baseball cap with a red frog on the front and SRAM on the rear. Don’t tell me they are only for SRAM employee’s or promotional? Where can i purchase this cool hat? Mechanic Kris Withington is wearing on the first picture

I’m curious why if this setup works, why don’t the road derailleurs run the cable direct from the front like the mtb derailleur, instead of having the loop of cable and entering from the rear?
